Responsibilities: Provide visionary oversight and leadership for a comprehensive approach to new student programs. Manage the recruitment, supervision, training and evaluation of all FYE staff, including professional, graduate, classified and paraprofessional staff, in an effort to guide staff in creation of departmental and functional area annual imperatives and learning outcomes.

Advice to UA Students: Do everything you can to remain balanced while simultaneously taking advantage of every opportunity available to you - even those that seem elusive (i.e. Study Abroad). Live life with no regrets!
Favorite UA Tradition: I really enjoy the alma mater. It has a sweet sound and words that really resonate with my spirit. U of A is one of the few places that I have worked where the alma mater is such a present tradition.
Favorite UA Moment: One of my favorite UA moments was the Kickoff event for the 2006 ROCK Camp. The incoming students were filled with a unique blend of excitement, anticipation and anxiety, yet they were energetic and engaged. The energy from the students and the ROCK Camp staff was palatable.
